• no commercial use allowed without a license

Read and Follow my Rules / Terms of ServiceBy commissioning a custom / purchasing a premade / winning an auction,
you agree to have read and agree to abide to my rules/T.o.S.

NOTE I have the right as the artist to turn down any commission I am not personally comfortable with, either regarding my skill not being able to do it justice or the subject matter being personally uncomfortable,
any rude/pushy/demanding behavior will result in my dropping the commission, a refund if I have not started the process, & a spot on my blacklist if you persistUnder no circumstances will my art /designs be used for problematic ideas or ideologies. i will not complete any work that will be used to promote racism/homophobia/pedophilia/and more+ in any mannerdo not commission me or purchase adopts from me on behalf of people who are blacklisted/banned or who are known to be problematic. If you’re found to be doing this, you will be Blacklisted as well.

Do not claim / copy / modify / share without credit / steal my work• my work is prohibited from being used as an nft
→ i retain all copyright to my work that is not sold as commercial use,
      and i will file a dmca and blacklist you publicly• my work is prohibited from being used with at in any way,
including 'for fun' or to train an ai engine/program
→ i retain all copyright to my work that is not sold as commercial use,

due to the rise of art theft & ai use, i do not offer work without my signature & a watermark.
• do not remove my signature.
• text and/or a watermark are mandatory for a public version,
to protect both you and I.
→ a watermark may be your social media username, including but not limited to
      discord, x, toyhouse, instagram, imvu, or other
^{i will offer one version for private use without your watermark, that will include my signature. should you resell the art/chracter i will change the watermark for the new buyer for 1$ or they may add one themselves - a watermark is still required}

Payment
• payments are accepted via cashapp, paypal, or kofi
• I accept payments only in USD currency
→ again, USD PAYMENT ONLY
→ If you need to convert currency please do it beforehand, all of my commissions
      are priced in usd
→ i am not responsible for currency differences or conversion rates/fees & you
      will be responsible for the full usd price• Payment is due once the sketch is provided and art will not be continued until paid in full
• If the commission is not paid within a week after we finalize details on the sketch, I will cancel your slot and move on and may use the pose for a ych
→ holds can be set up, but your commission will not have priority/be continued until paid in full• Do not complain to me about prices, I will not haggle commission prices but i do run sales/discounts in my discord server on occasion

Refund Policy• NO REFUNDS All sales are final
→ refunds will only be issued if i am unable to complete your commission
→ any attempts at a charge back will result in being blacklisted &
     a public beware for the safety of myself and other artists.
• credit me as the artist anywhere you use my artwork
• do not remove my signature
• refunds not available unless I am unable to complete your commission. should that happen, you will be refunded in full.
• If a scam/forced refund is attempted, I will publicly blacklist you for other artists safety & knowledge of whom they are working with

Turnaround Time
• my turn around times can vary, It can take from 6weeks to 2months depending on complexity.
• i will always aim to have your commission completed as quickly as possible and beat the tat but it will depend on my rl schedule & i am a mom so please be a bit patient
→ checking in is highly encouraged if you are concerned• work in progress (wip) details : you will receive a set of rough pose sketches to pick from, unless a specific pose was requested, then you will get a sketch fit to your commission details and payment will be due, then another wip for the lines, one for the flat colors, and then your completed piece pending any final touches
→ if you are slow to respond to any of the provide wips, it may delay the completion of your piece• since multiple wips will be provided throughout the process, changes must be made during the sketch phase, otherwise any huge changes after the lines are done (I.e complete pose change) will incur a fee depending on size.
→ please notify me if you are not happy with something
→ I will not be responsible for the outcome if you do not tell me you want something
      changed• final products will be sent via email, discord and/or toyhouse for the highest quality

Resells
• when rehoming my designs, please wait at least 3 weeks after purchasing before attempting to resell - i do not appreciate adopt/character flipping
• you may resell characters purchased from me for no more than the
original value+ cost of artwork you have added to them
• while you are welcome to make changes to a character/adopt i have created, if an edit/change is made to a design, do not edit the design on my workyou may include artwork made by me in the resell of characters
for no more than the original cost of the artwork

• ID is required unless you’re a trusted buyer
